This stylish residence in the heart of Rustenburg was once a ruin. Destroyed by fire, it had to be totally renovated in a new architectural style. The owner called for a roof tile to suit – and Technicrete’s Tuscan Antique colour roof tiles were chosen.
The tiles give the residence an appearance different from anything else in the area. A strong feature of the renovation was the roof must blend in with the new home’s architectural style, and its wooden door and window frames.
Out of fiery ruins has grown a home of warmth and beauty.
