In the construction of this combined shopping/residential complex in Jeffrey’s Bay – NeptuneS Terrace – developers Lamprecht Properties made a considerable advance in promoting the use of concrete stock bricks. The results speak for themselves: a building which set concrete examples of modern elegance.
The building in a typical Cape style of retail premises at ground level with apartment accommodation on the upper floors, a format less common in Gauteng. NeptuneS Terrace is a handsome four-storey building with 23 shops on the ground level and 60 apartments occupying the three upper storeys. Over two-million concrete bricks manufactured by Technicrete were used in its construction.
